Why is the one hour lesson scheduled over 1.5 hours? Typically we have check-in time & warm-up music playing before the lesson starts. Sometimes there is a brief break between the Salsa and Bachata lesson. Plus, the instructor(s) might stick around for ~15 minutes after the lesson to answer questions or to dance while beginner-friendly dance music is playing. What should I wear? We're in Idaho, so wear what feels comfortable to you! For both men and women, the most important thing is to wear shoes that allow you to pivot! That might be comfortable shoes with leather soles, indoor sneakers, or dance shoes. Do I need a partner? Nope! Come alone, or with a friend, or a group of friends! During classes we might rotate partners. If you prefer not to rotate, that's OK too! Follow OchosDance @Ochos on FaceBook! ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/ochosdance )
